VMware announces second extension of exchange offer

Last minute before its IPO, VMware extends for the second time its exchange offer, now expiring August 13 at 11am (PST).

Previous extension set expiration time to August 9.

Meanwhile stock initial price has been raised from $23-25 to $27-29.
