KQEMU is now open source

Fabrice Bellard, creator and maintainer of QEMU, announces QEMU Accelerator (KQEMU) has now adopted the open souce GPL licence v2 since version 1.3.0pre11.

Linux.inet.hr published a brief performance comparison of QEMU, QEMU+KQEMU and new KVM, the hypervisor included in the new Linux kernel 2.6.20.
