? Automated email notification on all public changes to Platinum Severity 1 cases
? New support centers covering the U.S. East Coast and Europe
? Significant increases in staffing at all support centers
? Daily contact on Platinum Severity 1 issues
? Automated alerts to ensure service levels are met
