Virtual Bridges yesterday announced the general availablilty of version 7 of its Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) platform VERDE. Releasing yesterday was not by coicendence since Virtual Bridges also want to make a statement that they can suppy an alternative for Desktone, which was acquired by VMware as virtualization.info covered yesterday.
Version 7 of VERDE provides the following new features:

- Network Controls
- Multi-tenancy
- Linux Dual Monitor
- Support for iOS, Android, Windows XP,7 and 8, Mac OX X, Linux OS and thin clients
