Yesterday PHD Virtual announced the release of version 10.2 of its virtualization monitoring solution Virtual Monitor.
This release introduces a new enhanced user interface with a simple set up wizard and intuitive UIs that allow easy identification of problems, trends and remediation actions.
Chris Chandler with DH Innovations has seen the product evolve over the last 18 months. “PHD Virtual Monitor always had great data collection abilities on the back end,” he said. “The new version now makes it even easier to get that data to the front end in an easily consumable format.” He continued, “Many times you need to make decisions in real time based on the information your monitoring tool is providing you. The more straightforward that information is, the better decisions I can make.” He concluded “PHD has made the latest version of their product much more intuitive which really helps me provide my end users with better support.”
